I believe the question is 'why are we attaching our portrait to everything we do on line?'. Your portrait is your finger print these days. And they don't need you personal data to track you around the world ... just your photo. Imagine walking through a airport or mall in Paris or Taiwan and having every display window greeting you, in English, and offering you a great deal on a product you were searching last week from home! This is coming and it's coming fast.
